Dining RoomThe formal dining area is 12' x 10', is furnished with a large dining table and 8 chairs and is located immediately adjacent to the kitchen.

KitchenA 9.6' x 14' centrally located kitchen in between the family room and the dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted and incorporates a breakfast bar and
all the facilities you would expect, including: a full size self cleaning
electric cooking range, microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal unit,
fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener and many other
labour saving devices. A telephone is also provided from which guests can
make local calls free of charge. Long distance and International calls
can be made through the use of a pre-paid telephone card, which can be
locally purchased.

Pool /Patio areaA South facing 40' x 25' fully screened pool/patio area incorporating a 28' x 14' private swimming pool for your very own use. The pool area overlooks a large lake providing a view that is hard to beat. The pool area is furnished with ample luxurious tubular sun loungers, recliners, pool chairs and a large table covered by a parasol.

The pool area also includes a cabana incorporating a separate lavatory and wash basin. A showerhead is attached to the wall outside the cabana for use both before and after swimming.

The pool is fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment, underwater lighting, and an electric heater for the cooler months in the winter (Oct - Mar).
